This Mental Health Carer Support Group is facilitated by Kathy Collet who has lived experience as a carer and has also worked as a carer consultant in Eastern Health’s Mental Health program. With her understanding of both clinical and community services, Kathy provides knowledge, resources and support for carers and families.
First Monday of the month, 7:30 – 9:30pm

Each month we read a book and get together for a casual chat over a cuppa. Carers can procure their books from their local libraries or bookstores.
