We’ve designed programs to give you some valuable time out.

You can attend a range of day programs to make friends and stay connected. At our centres, we provide day respite and social opportunities in a warm, friendly environment.

Multicultural Wellness Centre

The MWC invites people over the age of 65 from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds living in Melbourne’s eastern region. Join our Chinese, Filipino, or Sri Lankan groups and connect with others like you. Enjoy activities such as:

Social and group activities
Karaoke
Tai Chi / gentle exercise
Games and quizzes
Outings and cultural events
Information sessions from our Allied Health team, and
Podiatry and physiotherapy services.

White Road Community Centre

White Road Community Centre offers a range of activities tailored to adults over the age of 65 in the eastern metropolitan region living with dementia, or who are older and frail.

You can expect to enjoy community connections, socialising and regaining the independence so important to you. We offer a range of activities, from crafting afternoons to cultural festivals and more!
