If you are a past employee of Villa Maria, Catholic Homes or Villa Maria Catholic Homes (VMCH) employed after 1 August 2011, we are keen to speak with you as we have identified incorrect payments caused through errors in our Time and Attendance and Payroll systems for varying periods during this time. The identified errors were unintentional, but nonetheless, VMCH accepts responsibility for those errors and has a program in place to rectify the situation.
As part of the remediation program, we are encouraging past employees to contact us in an effort to discuss the payment errors that may have applied to them during their employment with Villa Maria, Catholic Homes and VMCH. Not all employees have been impacted and the time period for errors varies for different employee groups. It is important that you contact us to understand your individual situation.
For more information about the nature of the errors and their possible impact on you, please contact the Payroll Helpdesk on 1800 290 709 Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (excluding public holidays). We urge you to make contact with us as soon as possible so we can successfully finalise any outstanding matters.
