Though the bricks and mortar surroundings are impressive, we know it’s the support and care that’s most important. We’re all about you. So, what does that mean to us?
The VMCH Care Practice is designed to support you to live the life you choose. We value you as an individual; ensuring whatever you get up to during the day revolves around your own personal needs and desires, not a prescriptive list of tasks.
We support you to achieve your full potential, maintain dignity, foster choice, promote wellbeing and keep community connections alive and well.
If you’re in need of a little support, then look no further than our Pastoral Care services. We’re here to lend an ear, celebrate your joys, talk about what’s important to you and help you practice your faith if you so desire.
Respite care places are offered upon availability.
Star Café is a vibrant community hub located within VMCH’s Star of the Sea Aged Care Residence.

Popular among locals, the aged care community, and residents and visitors from the adjoining Star of the Sea Retirement Village, the café is a modern, bright and welcoming place for all.
