VMCH is committed to upholding the rights of people we support.
We strive for excellence and continuous improvement. With that in mind, we welcome your feedback.
Please call 1800 036 377 or use the Contact Us form on this page. Alternatively, simple pick up a ‘Have Your Say’ form from your aged care residence’s office or noticeboard.
If you’d like to speak to someone face-to-face, feel free to make an appointment via reception to speak with the Residential Services Manager.
Rest assured, all feedback is recorded and responded to.
