6 February 2019
VMCH has opened a new opportunity shop in the heart of Balwyn that will specialise in selling children’s items. This includes clothes, toys, books and accessories.
Its doors opened on February 1, at 463A Whitehorse Road, Balwyn, and it is raising money for a great cause, VMCH’s specialist school, St Paul’s College, which also relocated its campus around the corner to Balwyn this year.
There are lots of ways people can get involved and support this wonderful op shop. VMCH is looking for volunteers to work in the op shop. Volunteers will gain experience in customer service, counter sales, maintaining displays, building relationships with the local community and help create a positive, fun and meaningful environment.
People can also donate pre-loved items for kids to the op shop and know that their donations will help support VMCH’s innovative and inclusive school.
For more information about volunteering ring 1300 698 624 or email: volunteers@vmch.com.au
