Meet Ella, Jordon and Baden. Villa Maria Catholic Homes helps them achieve their individual goals and dreams.

You will be seeing more of them as part of the VMCH SEEDS advertising campaign.

SEEDS is a new acronym that VMCH staff and the community are also going to see and hear more about in the coming months.

While it is only a slight change from SEDS (Specialist Education and Disability Services), it depicts a meaningful image of our disability services during the important and exciting time of transition into the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

It stands for Specialist Education and Evolving Disability Services and much more. It is a plan for disability services that provides support for a lifetime. It is flexible and innovative. It grows and changes as the individual matures.

This plan to promote our disability services will include some exciting new campaigns that staff and the community will start seeing this month.

The campaign includes:

  • A video featuring people supported by VMCH from three different generations, including three-year-old Ella, who uses our ECIS services; Jordon, 15, who accesses respite and holiday programs; and Baden who lives in one of our shared supported accommodation units. The video features on the SEEDS section of our website from July. Click here to see the video.
  • Convenience advertising featuring our Generations of Care artwork will be placed in selected accessible bathrooms and women’s change rooms in Melbourne’s northern region from July 1 to September, 2016.

Web banner advertising featuring the same artwork to run from June 30 until September, 2016, to pop-up upon selected word searches and ad words.
