Each month, we’re sharing an original recipe created by one of our talented aged care chefs, so you can enjoy the residents’ dining experience from home.

This month, we’re serving up twice the fun!

For the main course we’ve got a Herb Crusted Lamb Saddle, courtesy of Chef Andy from Wantirna, and for dessert we’ve got Puff Pastry Triangles, courtesy of Chef Jasmine from Providence.
