Some caring secondary school students have raised $900 for VMCH specialist school St Paul’s College.

St Columba’s College students have developed a connection with St Paul’s College over the years that has included visiting the school and fundraising.

This year students from the school’s Cater House baked cupcakes and other sweets, promoted the event and then sold them during recess to other students and teachers.

Teacher and Cater House Leader Nicole Mazzarella said she was blown away by not only how much they raised on the day; she was also proud of their commitment to this good cause.

“The message of raising awareness for the needs of students at St Paul’s College was very evident and I was humbled by the girls’ generosity of spirit and positive attitudes on the day,” she said.
