In all sincerity, VMCH at-home services have absolutely been a sanity-saver for me. The support has really helped me to lead as close-to-normal a life as possible, and we have a lot of fun. My case manager has organised help and equipment for me. I am very fond of her. She helps me with the funding depending on what I need. She has done a lot for me, and I know I can contact her if I ever need any help, or if I want something changed.
