Hi my name is Aaron. I have three years previous experience in the Aids, Equipment and Assistive Technology field. I have been a Support Coordinator for the past two years. I enjoy wokring with participants to tailor their support needs to reach their goals, both big and small.

My name is Jessica and I have been working within the NDIS field for approximately 6 years, around 4 of those years as a Support Coordinator with VMCH. It was not my intention to ever go in to working with NDIS participants, but I was drawn to it as I found I enjoyed working with others and saw a clear need for those on NDIS to be assisted with navigating Government agencies and with support in their everyday lives.

My name is Gabrielle, I have moved into Support coordination recently, I have a background working as a nurse for 7 years. I am organised and punctual with a strong passion in working with community and disability. I have great communication skills and will work towards all of my participants goals and increasing capacity. I am a strong advocate for all of my participants and have a strong work ethic to meet and exceed goals.

My name is Kristy, I have a background in leisure and health in the Aged Care sector.
I bring with me dedication to building rapport and work with people from different demographics while using a person centre approach to all individuals.
I believe in bringing a person’s goals to life and living the best life possible. I have been extremely blessed to have extraordinary people in my life that have shown resilience, strength and sheer will to not see their disability as a barrier but rather take control and choose the life they want to live. This is one other reason why becoming a support coordinator was my opportunity to providing support to all who want choice and control in their lives.

My name is Amanda, I have worked in the community service sector for over eight years. Two years in aged care and six years in the disability sector, three years of those years as a Support Coordinator. During this time, I have continued to study. Completing certificates in Mental Health, AOD and Diploma in Community Services. I take a person-centred approach, working alongside of participants to achieve their goals and increase their capacity.
