I am a positive and punctual individual with a true passion and interest in the health industry and disability sector. I take a professional approach to work, and I am very outgoing. Communication and clear information is key to successful connections with my clients and their families.
Recognising individuals and their unique qualities, developing their strengths and abilities to be able to continue to live as independently and fulfilled lives.
I have been a support coordinator for 4 years now and an aspect of the role I really enjoy is making connections and working hard on achieving participants goals. I relish the challenges that this role inevitable throws my way and seeing the joy on clients faces when we achieve even the smallest of wins.
Using rapport to understand each participant as the unique individual they are, I utilise community connections to provide personalised support. I firmly believe that the only one who can make the best decision for a person is themselves and promote choice and control in all communications.
Brings extensive experience specially in specialised disability accommodation area and worked with VMCH for more than six years, I bring great communication skills in empowering and fostering independent decision making skills including choice and control for my clients and their families.
My name is Anthony and I have over seven years of experience within the disability sector and three years as a Support Coordinator. I am focused and committed to providing a seamless experience within the NDIS, in what is typically an unsettling, and ambiguous space to navigate.
My name is Amy and I am a qualified social worker with over 10 years’ of case management experience. I enjoy building warm and authentic relationships with clients, working in a collaborative way, and finding creative solutions that help people thrive.
I am a motivated and punctual individual that is excellent at building strong relationships with all parties involved with my NDIS participants. I am a people person and am passionate about helping vulnerable people understand and utilise their NDIS plan to its maximum capacity helping NDIS participants get the most out of services they wish to engage in and therefore positively contributing to their overall wellbeing and quality of life.
Hi my name is Aaron. I have three years previous experience in the Aids, Equipment and Assistive Technology field. I have been a Support Coordinator for the past two years. I enjoy wokring with participants to tailor their support needs to reach their goals, both big and small.
Hi my name is Ameena, I moved into the support coordination space after Completing my Diploma of community services early 2022. I enjoy getting to know my Participants, their Goals and aspirations so as to support each individual to be the drivers of their life and live the life they want.

My name is Jessica and I have been working within the NDIS field for approximately 6 years, around 4 of those years as a Support Coordinator with VMCH. It was not my intention to ever go in to working with NDIS participants, but I was drawn to it as I found I enjoyed working with others and saw a clear need for those on NDIS to be assisted with navigating Government agencies and with support in their everyday lives.
My name is Gabrielle, I have moved into Support coordination recently, I have a background working as a nurse for 7 years. I am organised and punctual with a strong passion in working with community and disability. I have great communication skills and will work towards all of my participants goals and increasing capacity. I am a strong advocate for all of my participants and have a strong work ethic to meet and exceed goals.
My name is Kristy, I have a background in leisure and health in the Aged Care sector. I bring with me dedication to building rapport and work with people from different demographics while using a person centre approach to all individuals. I believe in bringing a person’s goals to life and living the best life possible. I have been extremely blessed to have extraordinary people in my life that have shown resilience, strength and sheer will to not see their disability as a barrier but rather take control and choose the life they want to live. This is one other reason why becoming a support coordinator was my opportunity to providing support to all who want choice and control in their lives.
My name is Amanda, I have worked in the community service sector for over eight years. Two years in aged care and six years in the disability sector, three years of those years as a Support Coordinator. During this time, I have continued to study.
