Job Skills

Skills, confidence and support to find a job.

Ready to take your next steps toward paid employment or volunteering?

Learn job skills as part of our Employment Pathways program.

Job Skills training

Our Job Skills programs run at our social enterprise learning hubs to help you achieve your goals alongside people who share your interests.

Job Skills builds real pathways for people with disability to find paid employment.

We know that it can be a struggle for people to get their foot in the door and find work. With recent figures showing working-age people with disability are twice as likely as those without disability to be unemployed. Insufficient work experience is one of the most common reasons people with disability have difficulty finding employment (Australian Institute of Health and Welfare, 2020).

That’s why we created the Job Skills programs. These programs are for people transitioning from school who are interested in work experience or further education, or for anyone aged over 18 who would like to explore opportunities for work or volunteering.

We have traineeships and work opportunities at our social enterprise businesses or with our Employment Partners across Victoria.
