Our team take the time to match people together who have similar interests to create a happy household and make sure the transition to your new home is as smooth as possible.

We have some great options for people with disability to get together with other people and make a new home for themselves, with our support.

We also have rooms available for people who would like to join an established household.

Our amazing group home in Lysterfield has undergone a beautiful renovation.

Lysterfield features five spacious bedrooms with wall mounted TVs, fitted robes and individual heating/cooling, two fully-accessible bathrooms, a ‘quiet’ room with library, a breakfast room, large activity room with kitchenette, large alfresco area and covered deck, and an extensive garden with wide paths, raised vegie gardens and two pergolas.
