My name is Lisa, and I have been a support coordinator for some time now. I truly enjoy making connections and working diligently to achieve participants’ goals. I relish the challenges this role presents and take great joy in seeing the smiles on clients’ faces when we achieve even the smallest wins.

My name is Anthony and I have over seven years of experience within the disability sector and three years as a Support Coordinator. I am focused and committed to providing a seamless experience within the NDIS, in what is typically an unsettling, and ambiguous space to navigate.

My name is Jessica and I have been working within the NDIS field for approximately 6 years, around 4 of those years as a Support Coordinator with VMCH. It was not my intention to ever go in to working with NDIS participants, but I was drawn to it as I found I enjoyed working with others and saw a clear need for those on NDIS to be assisted with navigating Government agencies and with support in their everyday lives.

Previously, I worked in Child Protection and out of home care services, supporting children and families living with disabilities. I am passionate about helping people reach their full potential.

I am dedicated to building rapport and working with diverse demographics using a person-centered approach. I strive to bring individuals’ goals to life and help them live their best lives. Inspired by extraordinary people who view their disabilities not as barriers but as opportunities to take control of their lives, I became a support coordinator to provide choice and control to all.

I am organised and punctual with a strong passion in working with community and disability. I am a strong advocate for all of my participants and have a strong work ethic to meet and exceed goals.

I believe in bringing a person’s goals to life and living the best life possible. I have been extremely blessed to have extraordinary people in my life that have shown resilience, strength and sheer will to not see their disability as a barrier but rather take control and choose the life they want to live. This is one other reason why becoming a support coordinator was my opportunity to providing support to all who want choice and control in their lives.
