Enjoy the company of other carers, in fortnightly sessions of yoga and/or meditation. These sessions run one after the other, and you are more than welcome to attend either or both. Enjoy a relaxing coffee and cake beforehand at the Piknik Café.

Talented ceramicist Joanne Linsdell will guide you to make two pottery creations, with a variety of examples on hand for inspiration. Pottery will be glazed after the event with a catch-up cuppa to follow. Your creations can be picked up one month later (date TBC). Pottery class, lunch and tea/coffee included.
