Join us to relax and chat among friends at this monthly morning tea for carers. All carers are welcome to express interest. Priority will be given to carers residing in the Western and Northern Metro areas.

This 6-week low impact cardio/dance class is held in a small boutique gym dedicated solely to women’s fitness. Join us in a safe and supportive environment with a qualified trainer for a fun workout celebrating and empowering all bodies, abilities and fitness levels.

Join this diverse group peer-led by Paul and facilitated by a qualified fitness trainer, to get your body moving and de-stress your mind. Carers are invited to stay for coffee and a chat after the exercise session.
