Reduce your stress with meditation

Make time for you once a week to wind down and relax with meditation facilitator Barbara.
Please only express interest if you intend to attend all nine sessions of the program.

Winter Warmer Beginner Belly Dancing Class: Bendigo

Warm up your body and have fun during the chilly months with this beginner belly dance class! No experience necessary and no fancy gym clothes needed! Just turn up and learn how to shimmy and shake with no pressure. All body shapes welcome, just bring your curiosity. Alicia from Kashmir Belly Dance will guide us through a warmup and easy dance moves with modern and world music. Delicious Middle Eastern lunch and tea/coffee provided.

Partners Support Group

A monthly peer support group for people who care for a partner with mental health issues. The group offers time out for carers to relax in a safe and friendly environment, information sharing and social connection along with occasional day trips/lunch outings.
