Join Jess at the historic Montsalvat arts community, where we will be exploring the Selkie fairytale, and then creating our own watercolour art to connect more with inner worlds.

A monthly peer support group for people who care for a partner with mental health issues. The group offers time out for carers to relax in a safe and friendly environment, information sharing and social connection along with occasional day trips/lunch outings.
