Be a part of our heartfelt Mental Health Carer Support Group, led by Kathy Collet. With her lived experience as a carer and her professional background as a carer consultant in Eastern Health’s Mental Health program, Kathy brings a wealth of knowledge, resources, and support to carers and families. Come and benefit from her unique insights and connect with others in a nurturing environment.

Carers Exercise Group (Waitlist)

Join this diverse group peer-led by Paul and facilitated by a qualified fitness trainer, to get your body moving and de-stress your mind. Carers are invited to stay for coffee and a chat after the exercise session.

Come and join us for a morning game of boccia to meet other carers in your area.

Pottery Decorating Class and Lunch: Bendigo

Choose a plate, mug or bowl and paint it with your own design. Our artist will guide you on using the various brushes and sponges to execute your design onto our bisque fired plates. After the workshop, a glaze will be put over your design and it will be fired ready for everyday use which you can pick up one month later (date TBC). Lunch and tea/coffee provided.

Ceramic Hand Building Workshop: Geelong

Art gives people the opportunity to get lost in the creative process, disconnect from devices and connect with something real. Come and join us at Brush and Bubbles where you learn the steps involved to create your very own display-worthy ceramic masterpiece, whilst enjoying the company of other carers.
