Mental Health Carers Support Group: Inner East

Meet new people and get support

Come and be a part of our warm and welcoming monthly peer-led support group for carers of loved ones with a mental illness. Enjoy a coffee and a friendly chat, share valuable information, meet service providers, and make new friends in a supportive environment.

 

When:

First Tuesday of the month (monthly):  10:30am – 2:30pm

1 October / 3 December / No meeting 5 November

 

Where:

VMCH:  616 Riversdale Road, Camberwell 3124

A monthly peer support group for people who care for a partner with mental health issues. The group offers time out for carers to relax in a safe and friendly environment, information sharing and social connection along with occasional day trips/lunch outings.

Community Centre Gardening: Noble Park

Come along and connect with others from your local area at the Noble Park Community Centre garden. Join the volunteers with garden activities or just relax over a coffee and morning tea. No gardening experience needed.
