Flow Jungle Body Class

Metro: Fri 7 February 2025, 1:00pm - 2:00pm

Get fit, meet new people and have fun!

This 6-week low impact cardio/dance class is held in a small boutique gym dedicated solely to women’s fitness. Join us in a safe and supportive environment with a qualified trainer for a fun workout celebrating and empowering all bodies, abilities and fitness levels.

No dance experience required but a commitment to all 6 classes is requested.

 

When:

Fridays (monthly), 1:00pm – 2:00pm: 31 January / 7 February / 14 February / 21 February / 28 February / 7 March

 

Where:

Tone & Trim Zone, 2-4 Railway Ave, Ringwood East 3135

With her lived experience as a carer and her professional background as a carer consultant in Eastern Health’s Mental Health program, Kathy brings a wealth of knowledge, resources, and support to carers and families.

Join this diverse group peer-led by Paul and facilitated by a qualified fitness trainer, to get your body moving and de-stress your mind. Carers are invited to stay for coffee and a chat after the exercise session.
