Flow Jungle Body Class

Get fit, meet new people and have fun!

This 6-week low impact cardio/dance class is held in a small boutique gym dedicated solely to women’s fitness. Join us in a safe and supportive environment with a qualified trainer for a fun workout celebrating and empowering all bodies, abilities and fitness levels.

No dance experience required but a commitment to all 6 classes is requested.

 

When:

Fridays (monthly), 1:00pm – 2:00pm: 31 January / 7 February / 14 February / 21 February / 28 February / 7 March

 

Where:

Tone & Trim Zone, 2-4 Railway Ave, Ringwood East 3135

Kokedama workshop: Yarraville

Come and learn the Japanese art of Kokedama – an easy to learn technique of growing ornamental plants in moss covered balls. These plants are compact in size but definitely add a decorative feature piece for your home or garden.
