Join us this Dementia Awareness Month for expert guidance

September is Dementia Awareness Month. Join Elizabeth Baxter, our Dementia Services Specialist for an online session to learn about changes you can expect, how to plan ahead and what you can do to support the person you care for to stay safe, connected, healthy and active with dementia.

Elizabeth has worked for VMCH for 13 years and is passionate about providing best-practice dementia care and has focused her studies on person-centred dementia
care.

Elizabeth is involved in various dementia-specific networks and recognises the need for collaboration and developing new initiatives to improve the way we support people living with dementia across all settings.
