Dementia friendly croquet and coffee: Wangaratta

Carer & Support Groups: Thu 8 May 2025, 1:00pm - 2:30pm

Join us for an afternoon of connection and fun

Come and join us for a relaxed afternoon to meet carers in your area and spend some enjoyable time together.

Afternoon tea is provided and you can choose to join in with some friendly croquet (no experience needed) or just watch and enjoy.

These groups are for both the person living with dementia and their loved one.

 

When:

Fortnightly Thursdays: 1:00-2:30pm

 

Where:

Wangaratta Lawns, Tennis, Croquet &Pickleball Club: 66 Ryley St Wangaratta 3677

 On rainy days we will meet at a local café

Join us and feast on a warm, hearty two-course lunch inspired by age-old cooking techniques.

Carers Exercise Group (Waitlist)

Join this diverse group peer-led by Paul and facilitated by a qualified fitness trainer, to get your body moving and de-stress your mind. Carers are invited to stay for coffee and a chat after the exercise session.
