A monthly peer support group for people who care for a partner with mental health issues. The group offers time out for carers to relax in a safe and friendly environment, information sharing and social connection along with occasional day trips/lunch outings.

Join this monthly peer-led support group for carers of a loved one with mental illness. Have a coffee and chat, meet service providers and make new friends.
