Get your body moving

Join this diverse group peer-led by Paul and facilitated by a qualified fitness trainer, to get your body moving and de-stress your mind every Thursday of school term. Carers are invited to stay for coffee and a chat after the exercise session.

Chocolate factory tour and tasting: Brunswick

Join us at Ratio Cocoa Roasters for a behind the scenes factory tour and learn about their 10 step chocolate making process. Naturally this includes chocolate tasting and a chance to socialise in the cafe afterwards.

Book club: Boronia

In the historic Millers Homestead, each month we will read a book, then get together for a casual chat over a cuppa. Carers can procure their books from their local libraries or bookstores.
