Get your body moving

Join this diverse group, peer-led by Paul and facilitated by a qualified fitness trainer, to get your body moving and de-stress your mind. Carers are warmly invited to stay for coffee and a chat after the exercise session. Please only express interest if you intend to participate regularly.

Every Thursday of school term (weekly):  9:45am – 11:15am

A monthly peer support group for people who care for a partner with mental health issues. The group offers time out for carers to relax in a safe and friendly environment, information sharing and social connection along with occasional day trips/lunch outings.

Spend quality leisure time together and meet others in similar caring roles in this monthly craft workshop. This workshop is for carers of someone with dementia or aged care needs, and the person they care for.
