Aqua Hub Carers Exercise Group (Waitlist)

Carer & Support Groups: Thu 19 December 2024, 9:45am - 11:15am

Get your body moving

Join this diverse group, peer-led by Paul and facilitated by a qualified fitness trainer, to get your body moving and de-stress your mind. Carers are warmly invited to stay for coffee and a chat after the exercise session. Please only express interest if you intend to participate regularly.

Every Thursday of school term (weekly):  9:45am – 11:15am

Partners Support Group

A monthly peer support group for people who care for a partner with mental health issues. The group offers time out for carers to relax in a safe and friendly environment, information sharing and social connection along with occasional day trips/lunch outings.

Family Friendly Movie: Bendigo

Sit back and enjoy the April school holidays family-friendly ‘A Minecraft Movie’ adventure comedy at Village Cinema Bendigo. Carers can bring 1-2 guests. Tickets, small popcorn and small soft drink included.
