Escape into a good book

Each month we will read a book, then get together for a casual chat over a cuppa.
Carers can procure their books from their local libraries or bookstores.

Pottery Class: Bacchus Marsh

Talented ceramicist Joanne Linsdell will guide you to make two pottery creations, with a variety of examples on hand for inspiration. Pottery will be glazed after the event with a catch-up cuppa to follow. Your creations can be picked up one month later (date TBC). Pottery class, lunch and tea/coffee included.

Bunnings Craft Workshops: Scoresby

Spend quality leisure time together and meet others in similar caring roles in this monthly craft workshop. This workshop is for carers of someone with dementia or aged care needs, and the person they care for.

No Brush Art Class: Bundoora

Connect with others from your local area while enjoying a No Brush Art class. No art experience needed, just come and release your creativity in new ways in a relaxed and fun environment. 

Regional Event

Pottery Decorating Class and Lunch: Bendigo

Choose a plate, mug or bowl and paint it with your own design. Our artist will guide you on using the various brushes and sponges to execute your design onto our bisque fired plates. After the workshop, a glaze will be put over your design and it will be fired ready for everyday use which you can pick up one month later (date TBC). Lunch and tea/coffee provided.
