VMCH’s Consumer Advisory Committees empower our residents and clients to shape the services they receive by sharing lived experiences, raising concerns, and offering feedback directly to our organisation.

Join a VMCH Consumer Advisory Committee

We value your feedback and use it to improve the services we offer to you and others in our care. Our Committees (covering Residential Aged Care, At-Home Aged Care and Disability Services) meet four times a year, both in person and online.

If you are a VMCH resident, client, or their representative, you can express your interest by:

Downloading and completing an Expression of Interest form and emailing it to cosec@vmch.com.au

Giving a printed copy of the form to your team leader, Residential Services Manager, or Care Manager to email on your behalf.
