​​​Bring the art of traditional food preparation to your kitchen

You will learn how to turn everyday ingredients (and even scraps) into delicious, gut-friendly ferments.

 

You’ll create your own jars of sauerkraut, kimchi , seasonal pickles, and a vibrant fermented hot sauce, as well as having a guided tasting of different ferments - including a fun Kvass shot - so you can really understand how flavours develop.
