Have you ever wondered what would happen if you were unwell and could not keep up your caring role? Do you have a lot of important information about the person you care for all in your head?

Navigating an emergency can be very daunting. During this workshop, we will work through a plan, to help you plan ahead and hopefully keep peace of mind. This is an introduction to emergency care planning.
