The Marketing, Communications & Fundraising team has developed the VMCH Brand Guidelines to help you to understand how to implement our visual and verbal identity in a consistent and unified way.
The Brand Guidelines also help explain the architecture of the brand and the brand proposition which tells the new story of VMCH.
VMCH’s brand architecture, and nomenclature (what we call things at VMCH) are included in these guidelines. As an organisation, we have changed significantly over the past six months. What hasn’t changed is the great service that we provide, however, we have made some changes to what we call our services.
Within the brand guidelines is all the new terminology across the breadth of VMCH’s services. Whilst it can be difficult to change the terminology you have likely used for several years, it’s important that we are all speaking in the same way, to ensure consistency in the messages to our residents, clients, and potential clients.
