A Message from the CEO
What I hear most about why people love working for VMCH is two-fold. Firstly, they feel they are making a real difference to someone else’s life. Secondly, they enjoy working alongside like-minded people who share their passion and commitment.
VMCH really is a special place to work. Not only because of the people we support across so many services, but because of the people we employ. We invest in our staff; nurture their interests and harness their potential.
Leading this organisation makes me extremely proud. Every day I witness the skill, compassion and care shown by our staff to some of the most vulnerable people in our community; they could be your parents, siblings, spouses, or friends. I hope you’ll consider joining us.
