How often are new employment opportunities published on your website?
Employment opportunities are published on the VMCH website, as and when they become available. Please visit our careers webpage regularly to ensure you do not miss out on any suitable opportunities.
If you don’t see a position currently being advertised you can sign up to receive notifications of when positions become available or submit your interest via one of our Expressions of Interest.
How do I apply for a position with VMCH?
If there is an opportunity that you are interested in, please review the advertisement and position description on our website. If you wish to apply for the position, simply select the ‘Apply Now’ tab and you can submit your application online.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept emailed applications.
I have applied for a position with VMCH, what can I expect now?
You will receive an email confirming that your application has been received. Once the application process has closed, we will assess your application against the key selection criteria outlined in the position description. Once this occurs, you will receive communication from us confirming the outcome of the assessment process. It is our aim to ensure that all candidates receive regular and timely communication throughout the recruitment and selection process.
Will I be notified if my application is unsuccessful?
Yes, you will receive an email if your application has been unsuccessful.
How can I check the progress of my application?
You can check the progress of your application by logging in to your applicant account. The login button is located on our Current Opportunities page. Simply use the username and password you created when you applied.
Can I return to complete the submission of my application at a later date?
Yes, you can exit midway through an application by clicking the ‘Save draft and exit’ tab. You will be able to log in at a later date and complete the application before the closing date.
When will I find out if I have been selected for an interview?
You will normally be contacted by a member of the Talent Acquisition team and notified that you have been shortlisted for an interview. The interview details will be provided to you and you will also receive an email confirming what you will need to bring along with you to the interview.
What if I am experiencing difficulties in submitting my application?
Firstly, you may wish to check that your Internet connection is working and that the problem is not a technical issue with the computer you are using. Secondly, be sure that you have answered all of the questions contained in the online application form. Many of the questions are mandatory (marked with an asterisk) and must be completed before an application can be submitted.
