Connect with others from your local area while enjoying a No Brush Art class. No art experience needed, just come and release your creativity in new ways in a relaxed and fun environment. This workshop is for carers of someone with dementia or memory loss, and the person they care for.

Join this diverse group peer-led by Paul and facilitated by a qualified fitness trainer, to get your body moving and de-stress your mind. Carers are invited to stay for coffee and a chat after the exercise session.
