Carers Exercise Group (Waitlist)

Carer & Support Groups: Thu 18 September 2025, 10:30am - 12:00pm

Carers, get your body moving!

Join this diverse exercise group for carers facilitated by a qualified fitness trainer, to get your body moving and de-stress your mind, to get your body moving and de-stress your mind every Thursday of school term. Carers are invited to stay for coffee and a chat after the exercise session.

Every Thursday of school term: 24 July – 18 September, 10:30am – 12pm

Join us at Ratio Cocoa Roasters for a behind the scenes factory tour and learn about their 10 step chocolate making process. Naturally this includes chocolate tasting and a chance to socialise in the cafe afterwards.
