All units have two bedrooms (a limited number have two bedrooms plus study) and include floor coverings and window furnishings, built in robes, split air conditioning systems, dishwasher, security doors and many other features.  Located at ground level, each unit has an adjoining lock up garage and an enclosed private courtyard.

Initial and ongoing costs

A one-off Ingoing Contribution is payable based on the market value of the property at the time. This is refundable on departure, less a Deferred Management Fee.

A monthly maintenance charge is payable to cover the costs of external maintenance, gardening, building insurance and common utilities.

Resident's Agreement

Villa Maria Catholic Homes enters into a Resident Agreement with residents prior to entry.  This provides rights of occupancy and covers the conditions of occupancy, in accordance with the requirements of the Retirement Villages Act 1986.
