You will receive an email confirming that your application has been received. How can I check the progress of my application?
You can check the progress of your application by selecting the ‘Applicant Login’ tab using your existing applicant login details including your username and password.

Can I return to complete the submission of my employment application at a later date?
Yes, you can exit midway through an application by clicking the ‘Save draft and exit’ tab. You will be able to log in at a later date and complete the application before the closing date.

Can I still apply after the closing date?
You will be required to submit your application by the closing date outlined in the advertisement. We do not normally accept applications after the closing date unless prior arrangements have been made.

Do I need to include details of referees in my application?
Yes, you will be required to provide the details of your referees as part of the online application process. Referees should normally be current or previous managers/supervisors.

When will I find out if I have been selected for an interview?
You will normally be contacted by a member of the selection panel and notified that you have been shortlisted for an interview. The interview details will be provided to you and you will also receive an email confirming what you will need to bring along with you to the interview.

My recruitment agency would like to submit my application for your consideration. Can I do this?
Normally, employment opportunities are advertised internally and or internally and externally. If we are unable to identify suitable candidates through our own processes, consideration may then be given to the use of recruitment agencies.

Q. What if I am experiencing difficulties in submitting my application?
Firstly, you may wish to check that your Internet connection is working and that the problem is not a technical issue with the computer you are using. Secondly, be sure that you have answered all of the questions contained in the online application form. Many of the questions are mandatory (marked with an asterisk) and must be completed before an application can be submitted.
